This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 07:00 19:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN Medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $53.65/hr encompassing a taxable component of $44.81/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Non Local Rewards: $7.02/hr. Work Location: 929 N. St. Francis Wichita KS 67214. Local Rates (Below 50Miles): $42.92/hr.

• We are a 39 bed Orthopedic/Spine Surgery and Trauma Department. We have a Total Joint replacement program for total hips and knees. Other surgeries we frequently see are foot/ankle surgeries amputations total shoulder replacements back/spine surgeries hip fractures. We are a Level 1 trauma center therefore we also get complex orthotrauma patients with multicomplex fractures. Our team consists of RNs LPNs and Techs. Scrub color: Ceil Blue and White EMR: Cerner

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
