RN Telemetry

This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 07:0019:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN Telemetry with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Need 2 Professional References. Work Location: 114 Woodland St.Hartford CT 06105. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $56.34/hr encompassing a taxable component of $45.84/hr along with a per diem of $10.50/hr. Reward on non local rate: $5.63/hr. Local rate (Below 60 miles): $49.14/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
