This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 0:45 19:15 total of 36 hours per week. RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $44.81/hr encompassing a taxable component of $33.81/hr along with a per diem of $11/hr. Reward on non local rate: $6.18/hr. Work Location: 810 St. Vincents Drive Birmingham AL 35205.. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $35.85/hr.

We have 4 Medical Units that we are working to fill these positions for. Our typical nurse patient ratio on days is 1:5. There are patient care techs to assist with patient care. All medical floors have remote monitoring capabilities with a Centralized Monitoring Room that monitors these patients. Every other weekend required Minimum of 1 Summer Holiday required BCLS required

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
