Paid Media Specialist
Roles Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:
Listed in order of importance:
Develop and manage datadriven paid advertising campaigns across platforms like all types of Google Ads Microsoft Advertising LinkedIn Ads Native Ads Remarketing Ad and other relevant channels based for awareness and lead generation.
Conduct indepth audience research and target the right demographics for maximum impact.
Manage campaign budgets effectively optimize campaigns for performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams including creative designer content and developers for generating ad copies and landing page
Generate comprehensive reports to measure campaign success and communicate results to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B tests on ad copies landing pages and other campaign elements to determine the most effective approaches
Simplified Essential Skills:
5 years experience as a Paid media specialist
Experience in a B2B marketing environment.
Experience in running all types of Google ads LinkedIn native remarketing ads
Experience in implementing accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies through paid media channels
Essential Skills:

Essential:

Desired Experience and Skills:
Experience with additional platforms like YouTube Ads or programmatic advertising
Has previous experience writing for both the UK and US markets.
