Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Orlando FL

Position Type: FullTime

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls emails and live chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively aiming for firstcontact resolution.
  • ProblemSolving:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems providing appropriate solutions.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Documentation and FollowUp:

    • Record customer interactions and details of inquiries complaints and comments in the customer service database.
    • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments such as Sales Technical Support and Marketing to provide cohesive customer support.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
