Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Location: Saint Louis MO

Department: Marketing

Job Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and datadriven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms trends and analytics and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our brand presence engage our audience and drive growth across all social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
    • Monitor trends tools applications and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
  2. Community Management:

    • Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers responding to comments and messages and managing usergenerated content.
    • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  3. Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns including budgeting targeting and ad creation.
    • A/B test different content and ad creatives to optimize performance.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments such as PR product marketing and customer service to ensure brand consistency and to support crossdepartmental goals.
    • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand message.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Stay updated on the latest developments innovations and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
    • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and others.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs analytics tools and SEO principles.
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Exceptional writing editing and communication skills.
  • Creativity and a strong visual eye for design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
