We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to kickstart their career in this field. As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media email and print.

  2. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  3. Digital Marketing Support: Aid in the management and optimization of digital marketing channels including social media platforms Google Ads and email marketing campaigns.

  4. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as product launches trade shows and community outreach programs.

  5. Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team by organizing files scheduling meetings preparing reports and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with team members and conveying marketing messages to diverse audiences.

  2. Creative Thinker: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.
