Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Philadelphia PA

Department: Customer Service

Job Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
    • Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide information about products and services.
    • Maintain a polite professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.
  • Problem Resolution:

    • Identify customer needs clarify information research issues and provide solutions.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Data Management:

    • Accurately document customer interactions including call details and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
