Job Title: Marketing Relations Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Marketing Relations Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Relations Manager in executing effective marketing strategies and fostering strong relationships with clients partners and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication skills creativity and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Campaigns:

    • Assist in the planning development and execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Client and Partner Relations:

    • Maintain positive relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
    • Assist in the coordination and management of client and partner meetings.
    • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and communication pieces.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
    • Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decisionmaking.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Relations Manager including scheduling correspondence and file management.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events trade shows and webinars.
    • Coordinate logistics manage invitations and ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
