We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented EntryLevel Event Coordinator to join our team and assist in the planning and execution of various events.

Job Summary: The EntryLevel Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning organization and execution of events. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event management and gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problemsolver with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events including corporate meetings conferences weddings and other special occasions.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering entertainment transportation and other event services.
  • Maintain and update event documentation including contracts schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Assist with onsite event setup execution and breakdown ensuring all details are handled smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings preparing reports and managing eventrelated correspondence.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle any issues or problems that arise during the event planning process or on the event day.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
