Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and uptodate information in our databases and systems. You will be responsible for entering updating and verifying various types of data with precision and speed. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality will be critical in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Input data from various sources into our databases accurately and efficiently.
• Update existing data and perform regular data maintenance tasks.
• Verify accuracy of data by reviewing correcting deleting or reentering information as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data security protocols.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in resolving any datarelated issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
