Job Description

Job Title: Office Receptionist

Location: Austin TX

Job Type: FullTime

Summary: Linked Light Pulse is seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company the Office Receptionist will provide administrative support across the organization ensuring all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls answer queries and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness by following procedures issuing visitor badges and keeping an updated visitor log.
  • Manage Correspondence: Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and conference calls as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support including copying faxing data entry and filing.
  • Maintain Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; order new supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Organize Workspace: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
