Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in ensuring their inquiries concerns and needs are addressed promptly and professionally. You will represent our brand uphold our values and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone email chat and inperson interactions. Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products/services.

  2. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments processing returns and managing account information.

  3. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex problems when necessary.

  4. Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear empathetic and professional manner. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.

  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on product developments company policies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  2. Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  3. Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  4. Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  5. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays if necessary.
