Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with editors and authors to understand the vision and target audience for each

project.

Craft beautiful and functional interior layouts that enhance readability and engagement.

Select and implement appropriate fonts colors and imagery.

Prepare printready files for publication.

Design and produce eyecatching book cover and layouts.

Create engaging designs for both print and digital publications.

Create designs concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and

aesthetic design concepts.

Design and manage social media posts and campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for promotional materials.

Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Proven graphic designing experience.

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign Illustrator Photoshop

Coreldraw).

A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
