Job Description

Job Title: Operations manager Forex Company Location: South Africa

*Must have expereince in the FX Industry

Position Summary: As the Ops manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daytoday operations of the organization primarily through the schisms of the sales. Your primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency improve processes and drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance within the Forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy: Develop and execute the company's operational strategy in alignment with the overall business goals. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate crossfunctional teams within the organization including operations customer support risk management and compliance. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Financial Management: Manage the financial health of the company including budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Technology and Infrastructure: Oversee the development and maintenance of trading platforms software and IT infrastructure to ensure they meet the needs of traders and align with the company's growth objectives.

Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to clients with a focus on building and maintaining longlasting client relationships.

Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and improve operational performance. Regularly report to the executive team on progress and results.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and market conditions. Use this information to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
