Job Title: Technical Specialist L2

Department/Location: IT department Mumbai (Maharashtra) BKC

Reports to: IT Head

Days/Hours of Work: 9 Hrs (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: Up to 10 LPA

Summary of Position:

Intermediate Troubleshooting of networkrelated incidents (link outages peer outages router/switch/firewall hardware failures multicast and broadcast issues network performance issues)

Responsible for managing /configuring / Troubleshooting Proxy Overviewing Routing & Switching

Responsible for managing /configuring / Troubleshooting Proxy Ability to prepare SOP/HLD/LLD

Responsible for managing /configuring / Troubleshooting Load Balancers/ Web Application Firewall IPS/ IDS

Documentation and Presentation. Work and resolve incidents with proper technical updates and artefacts

Preparing a Plan of Action for Activities and New Implementations. Working closely with the customer IT team and collaborating with other IT staff Strict adherence to customer policies and processes Continuous guidance to the L1 team

Primary Responsibilities:

Proxy (Blue Coat/TrendMicro/Force point etc.)

Network Devices (such as Web Proxy microsegmentation DDoS)

Routing/Switching/ Networking/ CISCO/ Firewall/ Checkpoint/ Comm Vault/ Backup/ Veritas

Intrusion detection systems (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS) proxy

WAF (F5/ NetScaler / Radware/ Citrix etc.)

Load Balancer (F5 / NetScaler / Array / Radware/ Citrix etc.)

Personal Specification:

Qualifications & Training Graduate/12th 3 Years Polytechnic Diploma (Essential)/ Technical Graduate (Desirable)

Experience At least 5 to 7 years

Qualities and Attitude Good communication skill and flexible to learn and upgrade

Product Knowledge Proxy Server Windows Application Firewall Load Balancing CISCO Networking

Competencies:

Language Hindi and English (Written and Oral)
