Information Technology Administrator IT Administrator

Summary
We are seeking a resultsoriented IT administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues and maintaining networks and servers and documentation. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company
• objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures in compliance with ISO27001 to prevent potential threats and ensure effective governance in IT.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control along with troubleshooting issues and outages.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize IT assets.
• Documenting processes as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation manuals and IT policies
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Supervising and mentoring Development department employees as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and keeping everyone up to date with IT related changes and modifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology information systems or similar. (or Proven experience as a System Administrator Network Administrator or similar role)
• Applicable professional qualification such as AWS Microsoft or Cisco certification.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience with MS365 administration in terms of user management and integrations with other platforms.
• Extensive experience with IT systems networks and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Experience with various operating systems and platforms such as Windows Linux (Unbuntu) and MacOS along with Linux server configuration.
• Exceptional leadership organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent spoken/written English.
