SharePoint Architect

Description

We currently have a vacancy for an SharePoint Architect fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Design plan and implement integration strategies and patterns in a SharePoint secured ecosystem;
• Apply best practices of distributed architecture to solve complex integration problems between information systems;
• Design implement and document APIs to be exposed in a secured manner on a public facing API Gateway;
• Design implement and document business events to be easily produced on a corporate eventstreaming platform and consumed by any of the client’s systems;
• Design plan implement and deploy workflows: business process definition and task definition (service or user tasks) relying on APIs and business events;
• Work in a containerbased infrastructure.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;

• Minimum 14 years’ of specific expertise in SharePoint;
• Minimum 5 years’ of specific expertise in Angular and PowerShell;
• Excellent knowledge of HTTP and API design;
• Excellent knowledge of REST or SOAP APIs;
• Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Web applications and integration testing;
• Excellent knowledge of asynchronous communication and publish/subscribe techniques and technologies (in SharePoint);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint server of GRPC and Protobuf format;
• Good knowledge of distributed or microservice architectures and complex event processing;
• Good knowledge in Web security OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect;
• Any SharePoint certification from a Microsoft recognized certification center would be considered as a plus;
• Excellent command of the English language.
