Practice Location: Multiple locations – hiring in Rifle CO
Population: 10000
Physician/ Population Ratio: 2:10000
MD Or Corporate Owned: Privately owned
Reason for Job Opening: Currently 100% telehealth site. Looking for an optometrist onsite in part time or full time capacity.
Partnership Opportunity: Negotiable
Target Compensation: $180k $200k
Bonus Opportunity: Yes

OD – patient per day expectation: 15 pts per day
