Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Definitive source of knowledge technique and expertise of operations
2. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (react native knowledge preferred)
3. Knowledge of backend technologies
4. Should have strong problem solving skills
5. Monitoring internal systems & Alerts.
6. Strong knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g. Remedy)
7. End to End monitoring of all issue incident & tickets assigning them to respective teams & tracking till closer verify the RCA & ensure Permanent fix.
8. SPOC for all critical RFCs for surrounding systems.
9. Identifying and Highlight repeating issues to concerned team and Problem Management team for RCA and Permanent fix.
10. Perform and Review shift Hand over and Take over.
11. Keep track of all types of trackers including tracker for planned and unplanned downtime activities tracker for storage capacity of a cluster Incident management tracker etc.
12. Recommend Process Improvements wherever necessary.
13. Participate in all aspects of the builds integration deployment tools used for Monitoring for Client Application
14. Manage & maintain DevOps automation and monitoring tools like Kibana / ELK / logstash
15. Define metrics and build systems to measure performance and scale highlighting the biggest bottlenecks
