Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI/ML Lead to join our growing team. You will be

responsible for leading the entire AI/ML vertical driving innovation and delivering impactful

solutions across a diverse range of domains and use cases. You will collaborate closely with

crossfunctional teams to identify business needs design and implement cuttingedge AI/ML

models and ensure successful integration into production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the AI/ML vision and strategy identifying opportunities across various domains like

list relevant domains e.g. finance healthcare manufacturing.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (business engineering and product) to

translate business needs into actionable AI/ML use cases.

Design develop and deploy robust machine learning models algorithms and neural

networks for realworld applications. Should also have experience good experience

working with Generative AI.

Oversee the entire ML lifecycle including data exploration preprocessing feature

engineering model training evaluation and deployment.

Champion the adoption of best practices in data science model development and AI

ethics.

Stay at the forefront of the AI/ML landscape by researching new technologies

frameworks and advancements.

Build and lead a highperforming AI/ML team fostering a culture of collaboration

mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non

technical audiences.
