CRM - Senior Technical Consultant

We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Consultant to join a Microsoft Gold Certified Dynamics partner with headquarters in Dubai with global operations. This role will be based at the client's ODC office in Bangalore. The individual will be responsible for development and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMbased products and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities workflows configurations customization development integration development reporting dashboards web resources CRM solution file management security model UI development and Power Platform. Additional areas of responsibility may include project management and support service management.

The candidate must be detailoriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics365 CRM in all technical and functional areas and strong BI skills.

• The resource should have understanding of CRM Dynamics 365 as a platform.
• Should be experienced in stakeholder management and should be able to convey complex business requirement in simpler forms to development teams.
• Should help team in development of platform capabilities in alignment with strategic platform roadmap.
• Design Build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• 6 Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/ 2016 and power apps.
• Experience in customizations workflows MS flows ribbon Plugins JavaScript c# .netHTML SQL Server SSRS including plugins scripting and form creation Power BI.
• Experience with CRM API REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
• Familiarity with Data export services and azure SQL.
• Comfortable using visual studio TFS/VSTS Source control CRM SDK.
• Should have good communication and analytical skills.
