NetworkSystem Admin Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain onpremises server hardware and software (Windows Linux).
• Configure and manage VPNs for secure remote access.
• Provide remote desktop support and troubleshoot applications.
• Manage user accounts and access controls for network security.
• Implement security policies and monitor SIEM tools.
• Administer G Suite and Microsoft 365 including email servers.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure efficient restores in NAS
• Monitor server performance for optimal uptime.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV) for efficient resource utilization and server consolidation.
• Install and update operating systems and software.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT systems and software procurement.
• Set up new systems and perform system configuration.

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for endusers.
• Document technical procedures and solutions.

Qualifications:

• A certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network security concepts.
• Knowledge of firewalls VPNs and remote desktop tools.
• Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft 365 admin.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
