Sr HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Create job descriptions post job openings and manage the applicant tracking system
• Conduct interviews perform reference checks and make job offers
• Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations

Employee Relations:

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee
• issues and concerns
• Maintain employee records including attendance performance evaluations
• and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct
• and discipline
• Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations including EEO laws labor laws and health and safety regulation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Ensure that all HRrelated activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

Admin:

• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
