Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
- Send quotation as per Customers’ RFQ and make subsequent correspondence
- Send Purchase Order confirmation to all customers
- Send Schedule confirmation to all customers
- Send dispatch details to all customers
- Send accounts/billing statement to all customers
- Coordinate internally with Dispatch Tooling and Dev department and other departments as instructed by Head Marketing
- Maintain all Marketing/Sales related data/correspondence as per SOP
- Gather/Coordinate for Competitor data/Market Intelligence
- Prepare Marketing data/MIS/Presentation as per requirement
- Maintain all files of Sales/Marketing data as per SOP
- Ensure communication and coordination with all Customers in absence of Head Marketing
- ERP data entry related to Marketing/Sales module
