Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning and Preparing Execution Schedule and Ensure timely execution of civil construction work at site. (BOQ/BARCHART/BOM/MENPOWER SCHEDULE ETC)

• Coordination with all consultant and various agencies and facilitate them in day to day affairs for plan deliverance of assigned task

• Checking of quality parameters and ensure workmanship in respect of structural civil electrical plumbing finishing and other relevant aspects

• To look after manpower arrangement and ensure availability of them as per requirement of schedule.

• Documentation of plan drawing maps and maintains the same for time to time reference.

• Identification and tieup with various vendors suppliers and contractors and preparation of agreement for rate contract for material/equipment and manpower.

• To ensure inventory of material requires (e.g. Cement sand steel Electrical and plumbing accessories) and plan purchase accordingly

• To ensure availability and uninterrupted services of equipment.

• To control and reconcile resource/material and maintain proper inventory

• Checking of invoice of agencies with respect to measurement and quality and certifying for payment advices.

• Responsible for team performance and training for team.

• Ensure about & Prepare DPR WPR & MPR (Progress Report).

• Ensure safety aspects by adhering prevailing safety norms and ensure proper use of PPEs (Personal Protective equipment)

• Get daily weekly and monthly progress report from subordinate & Present Superior
