Job Description:

• Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries feedback and complaints.
• Strategy Development:
  • Create and execute customer relationship management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement targeted campaigns.
• Customer Retention:
  • Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to retain customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive measures to address issues.
  • Conduct regular followups with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
