Implement and oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure that employees receive adequate training to excel in their roles.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Stay uptodate with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking incentives and employee benefits.
Conduct regular reviews of compensation packages to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Oversee daytoday HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing leave management and employee onboarding/offboarding.
