Job Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job posting screening interviewing and hiring.

  • Exit interviews

  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and grievances.

  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and managers.

  • Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities.

  • Implement and oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure that employees receive adequate training to excel in their roles.

  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

  • Stay uptodate with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking incentives and employee benefits.

  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation packages to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

  • Oversee daytoday HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing leave management and employee onboarding/offboarding.
