Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Managing AR and AP and matching the balances with GL
- Recording transactions as per Indian Accounting Standard
- Finalisation of Monthly/Annual Financial Statements
- Call with CFO for updates
- Payroll Processing
- Preparation of Management Information System (MIS)
- overlooking the queries of vendors/employees and resolving them in a timely manner
- working closely with Auditors to complete Statutory Audit
Overlooking of Statutory Compliances
- Managing payroll compliances i.e. PF. ESIC Professional Tax etc
- Tax Compliances i.e. TDS GST etc.
- Preparation and submission of Quarterly TDS returns and Monthly GST Returns
- Generation of Form 16A / Form 16
- Calculation of Advance Tax on Quarterly
