BE BTech – IT/CSE BSc MSc – Computer Science BCA/MCA

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

JOBDESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILES

1. Lead project planning execution monitoring and control activities.

2. Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

3. Develop project plans timelines and budgets.

4. Allocate resources and coordinate project team members’ activities.

5. Identify and manage project risks and issues.

6. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

7. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management.

8. Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

10. Ensure agile methodology is practiced as a way of life for development including time reporting

11. Effectively work with internal IT teams for required integrations

12. Ensure technical and functional guidance is provided to the team at all stages of development

13. Provide necessary assistance in imparting user training to the end users to ensure app adoption

14. Ensure ongoing smooth support (incident change and problem management) for the application in scope as per agreed SLO

15. Ensure application/s compliance related to internal controls cybersecurity and infrastructure processes 16. As people leader Understand implement and follow people management processes for the team

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE

10 years of experience in Microsoft stack Asp.Net MVC Web API. Net Core ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper Postgres sql Angular / React (Nice to have)

3 years of tech lead experience in developing and supporting applications with team of four .

Experience working with inter development infra cybersecurity QA and business analyst teams Conducting code reviews
Must have strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills and a fast learner

Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.

Experience leading and managing matrixed teams and providing guidance and coaching to team on technical and functional aspects
