Job Description:

A bachelor’s degree with 15 years of marketing/sales and/or product management experience including experience supervising product managers. Master’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Strong leadership skills and working experience in healthcare multinationals (preferably medical devices) with matrixedreporting environments.
Experience in leading and managing direct and indirect team performance. Can delegate effectively and appropriately across wider team and matrix units
Proven track record in strategically and tactically growing the top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) line and people driving change and delivering results
Broad and deep knowledge of the healthcare market and landscape.
P&L awareness; clear ability to adapt & apply solutions to impact profitability
Strong written and verbal English and local language communication skills.
Can influence without authority
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
