Job Description:

Relevant Years of Experience 15 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as administration manager
• Indepth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal
policies
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mind with problemsolving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experiential understanding of Six Sigma / CI methodologies is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical skills in understanding and interpreting quantitative data and
providing clear output to identify trends interpret findings draw insights and formulate
• recommendations
• Excellent Team Management InterDepartmental Collaboration & Communication skills
• Preferred Industry U.S. Healthcare RCM
