Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and distribution of manufactured products:

Forecast and delivery performance; Manage daily activities to achieve goals and improve Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC) objectives in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
.
Develop and manage the team including talent development performance management and labor management (Organization)
.
Develop and implement longterm Operations Strategy to create sustainable SQDC improvements that benefit stakeholders and customers (improvement strategy) and lead problemsolving teams for corrective actions when needed.
.
Collaborate with business leadership to align strategic initiatives including new product development new product introduction and meet financial goals.
.
Share best practices for meeting global product needs with other sites.
Required Skills:
.
Knows Problem Solving Methodologies (8D Action Plans 5 Whys PDCA).
.
Knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing principles implementation (RBS).
.
Green Belt / Black Belt in Six Sigma Preferred
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
.
Electrical / Mechanical Assembly/ Assembly process Knowledge and experience
.
Microsoft tools (Project SAP Microsoft Power Point Excel etc.)
.
Organized Project driven mindset.
Prerequisites:
.
Engineering Degree Industrial Mechanical Engineer Robotics (Automatization) or bachelor’s degree in electrical Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
.
Five (5) years of relevant experience preferably in similar industry
.
Able to read electrical schematics and basic mechanical drawings.
.
Experience using Visual Factory.
.
Experience using CAD or CAM software.
.
Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (preferably SAP) and setting manufacturing routings.
.
Experience in testing of low voltage panels and assemblies
