Good experience in OAC (Oracle Analytics area) OTBI/BIP Reports
Manage overall technical aspects of HCM Cloud area like OTBI/BIP Reporting HDL/HSDL HCM Extracts etc.
Develop and support Business Process / Standard Process
Rules and Security Management
GoodtoHave
Working knowledge of OAC and OBIEE
Good communication skills
Flexible in work timings
Experience in methodologies like Agile/Scrum DevSecOps

1 Need to be Self driven
2 Build relationship with users/SMEs to understand business requirements and propose technical solution to address business needs
3 Recommends best practices solutions and work around for complex business functions
4 Participate in the Business requirement gathering Document BRD Design Develop and unit test the requirement System integration testing and support UAT Create / Review FDD TDD Review Technical documents and code
5 Take complete ownership and responsibility of work items
6 Ability to learn new things
7 Provide Technical estimation and timely updates on project delivery.
