Job Description:

• As a Baseline Mechanic at Swansboro Auto and Mechanic you will be an integral part of our team responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair tasks.
• The ideal candidate will have experience and proficiency in brakes shocks tire pressure maintenance and welding and possess strong diagnostic skills.
• You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail problemsolving abilities and a commitment to excellence are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including brake inspections shock absorber replacements and tire pressure checks.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Execute repairs efficiently and effectively ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
• Utilize welding equipment to perform fabrication and repair tasks as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair recommendations and timelines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic with a focus on brakes shocks tire pressure maintenance welding and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
