Job Description
Responsibilities: Greet and interact with customers in a welcoming and professional manner. Provide detailed information and advice on our jewellery collections. Process sales transactions and arrange special orders as needed. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices. Manage display and merchandising of jewellery pieces. Build and maintain relationships with clients including followups to ensure satisfaction with purchases. Requirements: Proven experience in luxury retail sales preferably in jewellery or highend fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Passionate about jewellery and providing highquality customer service. Work Off : 6 offs a month to be rotated as per the store roster. Working Time : 10:30am to 8:30 pm May require to stretch work hours occasionally.
