Job Description
- Support daytoday trading activities of Leveraged Finance Trading team under direct supervision of Head of Leveraged Finance Trading
- Complete various loan administration tasks including trade processing loan reconciliation and trade settlement
- Assist Loan Administrators Legal Tax and Compliance with regards to trade confirmations allocations KYC documentation settlements Metrics and Industry initiatives
- Leading internal deal processes for Credit which includes performing business financial and legal diligence
- Assisting in the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities Escalate operational risk loss events control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly
- Lead leveraged finance transactions as the "deal quarterback" and manage the credit underwriting approval process
- Negotiate legal documentation including term sheets commitment letters and credit agreements
Desired skills for leveraged finance include:
- Leveraged loan market
- Lending policies
- Banking and regulatory framework affecting financial requirements of customers
- Industry and competitive analyse
Required skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger configuration (Must have) Business analysis experience (requirement setting, solution design, testing, stakeholder management) Bachelor s/Master s degree in (business) economics or a comparable field Affinity with Risk and Compliance (e.g., SOX) Familiar with ITIL and BiSL Fluent in English (Must have) Experience with financial reporting Experience with agile working and waterfall techniques Analytical skills and attention for detail Pro-active Excellent communication skills Strong team player (ability to connect, positive mind-set, flexibility, focused on cooperation and sharing knowledge)
