Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Data Engineer for one of our clients in the Pharma Industry.
We are looking for a consultant who can design and implement a terabytescale data processing solution for omics data on Azure.
Requirements
- Highperformance computing on Azure including relevant services such as HPC Platform Azure Batch
- Experience with Data Science and AI on Azure including relevant services such as Databricks Azure ML Azure AI Infrastructure as Code Docker and CI/CD skills with GitHub or Azure DevOps Largescale data (terabytescale) processing experience including both CPU and GPUbased solutions
- Knowledge of bioinformatics or omics and the common tooling used is a plus
