Job Description
*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge proven proficiency in AutoCAD software and a minimum of 810 years of professional experience in architecture. This role requires a detailoriented individual with exceptional design and project management skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
Develop detailed architectural designs plans and drawings using AutoCAD software.
Collaborate with clients consultants contractors and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
Prepare and present design proposals reports and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes regulations and standards.
Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 810 years of professional architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software; additional experience with other design software (e.g. Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of architectural principles building codes and construction methods.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Professional licensure or certification (preferred).
