Job Description

We are hiring
Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist Outpatient Oncology Care for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design coordinate and lead an effective and efficient outpatient Physiotherapy Oncology Service based on assessment of needs.
  • To assess plan and deliver or oversee exercise and physical activity treatment programmes for patients undergoing oncology treatment pathways including classbased interventions
  • To lead and coordinate the Physiotherapy Oncology outpatient service in cooperation with the Allied Therapy Manager and Oncology Service Manager
  • To lead by example a professional dedicated and punctual team.
  • To be responsible for overseeing equipment safety tests both electrical and non electrical in accordance with the Physiotherapy Department s Safety Policy.






Requirements

  • Must be Coru Registered
  • must hold a degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
  • Master s degree in oncology rehabilitation/exercise medicine.
  • Certificate in lymphoedema management.
  • Strength and conditioning qualification.
  • Candidates must hold at least 5 years post graduate experience in the area of with significant oncology experience supplemented by specific postgraduate training in the area.
