IT Process Automation Engineer Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client s team in the insurance industry as an IT Process Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing developing and supporting technical solutions that automate agent deployments. This position is crucial in enhancing our client s operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to security policies.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $70 to $75 based on experience.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Remote work: This position offers the flexibility of working remotely.
Office Visits: Occasional office visits are required approximately once a month.

Responsibilities:
Design develop and support technical solutions that automate agent deployments.
Provide input to automation policy standards and processes.
Promote the reuse and adoption of solutions across teams through demos and coaching.
Ensure all automations comply with security directives and policies.
Create automation playbooks and companion documentation to help the team understand the logic and contents of automated tasks.
Identify opportunities for automation and guide effective implementation.
Educate others on the use of automation tools and best practices.
Operate in strict compliance with security and change management directives.
What you will need to succeed:
Passion and thought leadership for innovation and automation.
35 years of experience in automation development particularly with Ansible.
Handson experience using automation tools such as Ansible scripting and Python.
Handson coding experience in Java is a plus.
Handson experience working with containers/Kubernetes.
Experience and understanding of monitoring and log ingestion tools.
Solid business and technical acumen with demonstrated agility in learning and the ability to become comfortable with unfamiliar business areas or technologies.
Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
