Job Description
Adelphi is seeking physical therapists to provide PT consultation at a school district in San Antonio Texas. The ideal candidate must have Field experience in publicschool setting and be capable of working with students of a wide range of ages and ability levels.

Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas.
Bachelors or masters degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Associationapproved institution.
Responsibilities:
Implement children s OT/PT individualized educational plans.
Conduct evaluations/eligibility per District and Federal Educational guidelines.
Attend meetings with multidisciplinary teams to discuss such services.
Effectively use the Districts electronic IEP system after training provided by the District.
Follow District standards for assessment/evaluation/eligibility and if eligible develop individualized educational plans for eligible students.
Comply with timeline for services per federal law.
Complete evaluations documentation and submit prior to billing.
Other duties as assigned by the administration.
