Job Description
Job Summary:
The Civil Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects including infrastructure transportation and land development. This role requires proficiency in CAD software a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software.
- Interpret and apply information from engineering designs specifications and calculations to produce accurate drafts.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project specifications.
- Ensure that all drafts comply with industry standards company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports presentations and other documentation.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor s degree in Drafting Engineering or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Draftsman with a focus on civil or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering designs and specifications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with GIS software and other drafting tools is a plus.
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: Officebased (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)/Remote
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
