About The role
As a sales and marketing manager you will be responsible for promoting our properties generating leads and closing sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment with excellent growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as social media advertising and networking events
  • Conduct property tours and provide information to potential buyers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends competition and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and assist buyers with the purchasing process.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and competitors.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing position preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • A track record in business development or related roles demonstrating the ability to drive growth and achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively adapting to dynamic business environments.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
