Job Description
Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for a "Clinical Supplier Relationship Manager (100% Remote)".
Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
This job requires a combination of advanced skills and experience in identifying selecting and managing external suppliers of Clinical Trial Services at a study program or supplier level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of outsourcing / external resourcing in support of Clinical Operations and Biometrics (COBM) functions and subfunctions.
- Effectively manages the relationships with key suppliers
- Develops an overall outsourcing strategy across functions identifies and fully documents outsourcing needs.
- Identify and select suppliers
- Works with Clinical Contract Administration and Legal to establish Master Services Agreement (MSA) for as many suppliers as possible
- Ensures complete and accurate supplier information / records are maintained across applicable systems (e.g. SimpleBuy CTMS etc.)
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelors Degree in Business / Finance or industry related field is required
- Relevant experience required in sponsor / vendor relationship experience within Diagnostics and/or Pharmaceutical industry
- RFI RFP Contracting and/or Budget management experience
