Job Description

Job Title: PharmacistinCharge (PIC)
Location: Billings Montana Area

We are committed to delivering exceptional service and are currently seeking an experienced PharmacistinCharge (PIC) to oversee our clients operations in the Billings Montana area. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in pharmacy management and the ability to hold licenses in multiple states.

Job Summary:
The PharmacistinCharge will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the pharmacy ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and providing outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for excellence in pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
Maintain licensure in multiple states and ensure all pharmacy activities are in line with each states specific regulations.
Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians providing leadership and professional development.
Optimize and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive surplus.
Implement and oversee adherence to safety and security protocols.
Address and resolve any issues related to prescriptions patient care and staff performance.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment with company goals.
Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management regarding pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in good standing with the ability to be licensed in multiple states.
Experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting.
Strong understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
Experience in managing pharmacy operations and budgeting.
