Assist franchisees in the training of their employees
Create and maintain a progress tracker for all data migration activities and stages
Coordinate and manage all data migration activities and tasks
Managing data migrations with the takeon teams
Providing support and query resolution to Franchisees
Resolving or troubleshooting ERP (Cin7) System issues that are being logged by Franchisee
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees including flights accommodations
Research negotiate and secure rate with airlines car rental companies and hotels
Compiling Monthly Travel reconciliation for Operations Manager as well as Financial Manager
Compiling Training Materials/Manuals for all stores
Managing and delegating daily monthly tasks to a team of Field Service Consultants
