Retail Operations Manager iDestiny

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a retail business including managing employees ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise retail employees including hiring training scheduling and performance management.
  
• Ensure that the store is clean organized and wellmaintained including displays and inventory.
  
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about ordering and merchandising.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and providing excellent customer service.
  
• Create and manage budgets for the store and ensure that sales and expenses are within budget.
  
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures including safety regulations and customer service standards.
  
• Conduct regular meetings with employees to communicate business objectives provide feedback and motivate the team to achieve goals.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business retail management or a related field preferred.
  
• 3 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing employees.
  
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  
• Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
