Teamworx is hiring for one of Ireland s top flagship retail stores nationwide. Our client is a major player a progressive retail business with multiple stores across Leinster they have spent the last month redeveloping their shop in this flagship shop to keep the store in line as one of Irelands bestperforming fresh food destinations.

We are looking to speak to senior managers from supermarkets Cafe or catering customerfacing environments who would love to put their mark on this impressive store.

Our client is willing to offer a salary from 35000 up to 45000 DOE plus staff discount. DOE

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the food retail industry with a focus on fresh food management.
  
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  
• Passion for fresh highquality food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
  

The Responsibilities for this Grocery Retail Fresh Food Manager Job:

• Have an active role in the store by creating a warm and enjoyable customer and staffing experience.
  
• Manage all aspects of the fresh food department including procurement inventory management pricing and merchandising.
  
• Work closely with the Store Manager & Assistant Manager to deliver on controllable targets such as maintaining tight control of the roster waste productivity and other commercial targets like sales.
  
• Ensuring your departments demonstrate the high standards and values expected of this supermarket group
  
• Monitoring waste and ensuring maximum profit is reached.
  
• Approachable and a role model who leads by example encourages teamwork and fosters a positive attitude and atmosphere in the workplace.
