Job Description
We are currently looking for a Cost Engineering Officer to work for a Construction firm with an office in Quezon City.
Work Setup: onsite Monday to Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide reports on costing and estimates based on actual accomplishments of projects.
- Gather and analyze data to estimate the cost of materials and labor required to complete the project
- Identifies labor material and time requirement for the projects
- Monitors estimate versus actual cost and audit
Requirements
- A Junior Licensed Civil Engineer
- With relevant experience preferably from the Construction industry
- With back ground in costing
- Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday within Quezon City
- Flexible can work with minimum supervision under pressure
